- All orders are despatched from Singapore.
- Your items will be packed and shipped within 48 working hours and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
- Delivery will be done via Registered Post. Free registered post for Singapore customers. Delivery will be done between 10 am to 6 pm, Monday - Friday except public holidays.
- Orders placed on Friday will be shipped out on the following Monday.
- Orders placed on a public holiday will be shipped on the following working day (as the post offices and shipping companies are not open for operation).
Damaged item (if applicable):
- Should you receive any items that are damaged, kindly drop us an email immediately within 24 hours with photos of the damaged pieces.
- As our items are mostly one of a kind (1 piece only), we can do our utmost to replicate the same design. However please be notified that every jade pieces varies in shape, size and especially colour.
- Should any of the materials (ie, jade pieces in unique shape) be out of stock, an exchange of another design (with same value of the damaged piece) will be provided.

WRONG ITEM: (if applicable):
After approval we will send the exact item ordered after the wrong item is received and checked by the team.
If you would like to have a different item sent, please leave a note to us and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
